This atomic style had a yellow
circle in the middle with simple
line
drawings in the surrounding 'atoms'.
It was only used on titles
5001 to 5012
Early 2
Used for titles 5012 to 5018 (and
possibly later reprints of 5001 to
5012?) blue or red background
with yellow centre square,
questions around the outside.
Classic
5013 to 5069 (and then later
reprints of 5001 to 5012), used
continuously through the late
sixties, early seventies. Yellow
centre with coloured illustrations
around the border.
Late
Grosset & Dunlap re-printing of
Transworld titles. 1970 to 1976,
mainly white, scattering of 7
photos at the top, list of
titles below.
PSS
late 1970's into the 1980's, printed
by Price, Stern, Sloan publishers.
Mainly brown, no photos, just logo
and series listing.
Transworld
1970's, when Transworld
UK started re-printing the US
editions they added many
new titles.
